Refund Policy

At Marg Collective, every piece is made-to-order with careful craftsmanship and thoughtful design. As a result, we follow a no-refund and no-return policy for all confirmed orders. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All our furniture and objects are handcrafted specifically for you, based on your chosen finishes, dimensions, and specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, the order is considered final and non-cancellable, as materials are sourced and production planning begins.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • While we take every measure to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition, if your item is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a resolution — which may include repair, replacement, or store credit, based on the nature of the damage.

  • Claims made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for compensation.

Color, Texture & Material Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural materials and custom finishes. Minor variations in grain, texture, tone, and polish are a part of the handmade process and not considered defects. These characteristics reflect the uniqueness of each piece.

Customization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom specifications (size, finish, fabric, etc.) at the time of placing the order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction based on preferences after delivery.
