Made-to-Order Production & Timelines
All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Production timelines typically range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design complexity and order volume. You’ll receive regular updates once your order is in progress.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted logistics partners experienced in handling furniture and fragile goods.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified, and shipping generally takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

For deliveries within Delhi NCR, Marg Collective offers a more personalized, in-house delivery service wherever possible.
Shipping Charges

Shipping within Delhi NCR is usually included in the product cost unless specified otherwise.

For other regions in India, shipping costs are calculated based on location, weight, and volume of the order. These will be shared with you prior to dispatch.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking link (where available) or keep you informed through WhatsApp/email with delivery status updates.
Packaging
All products are securely packed using industry-standard materials to ensure safe transit. For delicate or high-value items, additional protective packaging may be used.
Damages in Transit
While we take utmost care in packaging, if your product arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.
Delays
While we strive to meet committed timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen production, material, or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed every step of the way.
