Marg Collective is a design-led furniture brand based in Delhi, India. All our products are made-to-order, and every piece is handcrafted with a commitment to quality, design, and material integrity.

Product Information

We strive to present accurate descriptions, images, and specifications on our website. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, natural materials, or manual craftsmanship.
All dimensions are approximate and may have slight tolerances due to the handmade nature of the pieces.

Custom Orders

All customisations are confirmed via written communication (email or WhatsApp) and once approved, become final.
Marg Collective is not responsible for incorrect measurements or selections provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
A minimum advance payment (as specified per order) is required to initiate production. Remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital payment methods.

Production Timelines

Typical lead times range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the product and customisation.
Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by availability of materials, complexity, or external delays. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped via trusted third-party logistics partners or in-house delivery (within Delhi NCR).
Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on location and product size.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accessibility for delivery and to inspect the product upon arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Beyond 24 hours, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, in which case Marg Collective must be notified within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, product designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Marg Collective. Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Marg Collective shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
